Our first action is to look for availability and contact you as soon as we have results concerning your request. You will then receive a reply with your Reservation Request Code. We will identify you by this number only and use it to keep track of our conversations.

Please also keep in mind that since you have filled up a reservation request form we assume that you have already read, understood and agreed with our Terms and Conditions . We would like to inform you that no reservation is considered complete without a deposit.

If you do not receive your Reservation Code within three working days that means that we will not be able to help you with your request due to excessive workload. As a result you might receive no further notice concerning your request. In this case we wish to apologise in advance and hope that we can be of help some other time.
