 Villa MARIA built in 1873 is a listed neoclassic mansion and overlooks Hermoupolis, the harbour and the neighbouring islands of Tinos and Mykonos.

It is situated in a qiet traffic free street. It took four years to restore and has been divided into three spacious and luxurious apartments. Each apartment is tastefully decorated and furnished with antiques and has well equipped kitchens and bathrooms.

We believe we have created a unique setting in which to stay and we would be delighted if you agree.

Access to the Villa Maria is either a short way from the main square up shallow steps (10min) or by car to within 150m of the Villa. Luggage is conveyed by our staff.
Villa Maria is divided into 3 apartments each with its own entrance.
Ground floor: Reception, Breakfast room
1st floor: DELAGRAZIA - Apartment for 6-8 persons
2nd floor: BELLA VISTA - Apartment for 6-7 persons
Terrace and Roof garden: For the use of all guests

All the apartments are tastefully decorated and furnished with antiques and have a TV, direct dial telephone, well equipped kitchens with Siemens electric appliances and high quality china and glass, (place settings for 8 persons), and bathrooms (most onsuite) have a shower, basin and WC.

A cook, laundry, babysitting, hairdresser, interpreter, guide, shopping, car rental are available on request (extra).
